Major Programmes

HARIT – Green Campaign

An environmental conservation programme started in 2018: plantation, nursery formation and nursery management that also creates local employment.

Harit included plantation, formation of nurseries and nursery management. By forming nurseries and planting trees the NGO aims to generate employment for people. Through Harit the Samiti promotes bamboo cultivation, making people aware of its uses and how it can generate employment.
